Job Description:

Directly reporting to the Regional Training Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Global & Regional training strategy. He/she will be coaching our Benefit Beauty Consultants on the POS and implementing action plan in collaboration with the Regional Training Manager and the Commercial Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop BCs on MRC, Selling strategy & services, and keep them engaged and motivated
  • Deliver training to in store teams
  • Assist in store openings to deliver key trainings
  • Coach regularly our BCs based upon business objectives and priorities
  • Support in animation and delivery of AAA launch training sessions: integration, product, expertise, and ‘Traffic Stopping’
  • Analyze data in collaboration with the Commercial Team to ensure visits are effective and make a positive impact
  • Be exemplary in expertise and selling
  • Ensure product knowledge/MRC and Benefit Global Standards are applied

Job Requirements:

  • PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Driving license
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility & Ability to frequent travels throughout OGCC
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good attention to detail
  • Fluent Arabic & English Speaker
