Job Description:

The Intern Assistant Buyer supports the EMEA Buying Team in managing the inventory and the offer by providing scheduled reporting. He/She analyses stock to sales ratios and plans replenishment through allocations and consolidations. He/She provides ad-hoc reporting as needed by the Buyers, prepares analyses for seasonal buying campaigns, and participates in the order inputs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Weekly reporting and analysis of KPI’s related to sales and stock
  • Participation to the buying sessions (4 times a year) – order input
  • Merchandising analyses by country/store/product category
  • Competitors and market trends analysis Buying
  • Pre and post buying analysis and reporting
  • Preparation of presentations for Seasonal Product Training
  • Contribution to communication tools for the store teams
  • Monitoring of stock levels across stores
  • Evaluation of in-season product replenishments

Job Requirements:

  • Passion and sensibility for the Luxury sector
  • Problem Solving, precision, attention to details
  • Team working attitude and flexibility
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Actually enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point; the knowledge of SAP/Business
  • Analysis and synthesis ability
  • Objects/AS400 is a plus)
