Job Description:
The visual merchandising manager will report directly to the visual manager. It`s in charge of the display execution to ensures the image consistency of the house within retail stores and he/she is in charge of the realization of special project lunches with local suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the local merchandising teams to supervise the VM layouts in the stores and offer displays in line with the assortments/stocks available/retail strategy
- Define the VM operational calendar for each store: changes of window (product and window hardware) , implementation of collections, support on In-Store Events
- Manage by remote/ real visits the implementation of seasonal VM lunches in all stores in Middle East to ensure that collections are displayed as Guidelines.
- Working on VM proposals with HQ team to adapt global VM guidelines to local business/commercial vision
Job Requirements:
- Acutely attentive to detail
- Fluent English (both spoken and written), French and other languages are a bonus
- Collaborative and a team player with a problem-solving attitude
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Visual Merchandising in Luxury industry is preferred
- Excellent project management, with great time control skills and an ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
