Job Description:

It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. As VM Manager, Middle East, you will have a leadership role within the EMEA VM team, responsible for the end to end management of VM projects and delivery of VM across your region, with direct reports within the market. Reporting directly to the Head of VM EMEA, you will build strong relationships with the EMEA management and Middle East Market teams. You will lead the delivery of world-class VM across all areas for your region. You will be based in Dubai with frequent travel across your region, including Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead key VM installations for the region, where the Head of VM cannot attend.
• Communicate VM strategy and planning to key stakeholders from Retail and Merchandising in a structured way, on a regular basis.
• Deputize for the Head of VM within the Middle East market.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of business needs for the Middle East region, and deliver clear and strategic solutions. Ensure VM execution is dynamic, tailored, and effective, for all stores within the region. Ensure stores are being rotated bi-weekly, and that the VM actions are reflective of the local needs, including specific client groups, time of year, and product focuses. Ensure the VM strategy is adapted per store and location, while delivering one overall message and ensuring consistency in brand image.
• Communicate all market actions and plans to the Head of VM in a structured regular meeting, seeking approval and feedback where needed. Ensure the Head of VM has a full 360 view of the market at all times.
• Collaborate with merchandising for seasonal planning including rotation strategies and rebalances. Review rotation planning with Head of VM and ensure strategy is implemented across all markets.
• Once recruited, manage the regional VM team for Middle East (between 2025 – 2025 we will recruit two VM Specialists).
• Lead the VM training for Middle East, including training for VM Ambassadors and In Store VMs, as well as wider store training for VM Guidelines training, new starter inductions, and VM principles.
• Deliver outstanding VM for the Casa Loewe network and key flagships in Middle East. Ensure these stores are global leaders for VM.
• Deliver new store openings for the Middle East region, working closely with the VM Specialist for the store and project manage the process, end to end.
• Lead and develop the regional VM team, providing coaching and on the job training to develop skill sets and confidence.
• Manage the cross-functional communication for your markets, including key relationships with stakeholders from Retail, Merchandising and Marketing.
• Be flexible, solutions-led and able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business in line with business growth.
• Lead the execution of product launches and window installations for the region, in line with the seasonal creative schemes, global VM guidelines, regional buying and market direction.
• Support the Head of VM with project management for the region, end to end, Present and share project updates with key stakeholders within the market.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with 2 years in a management role (ideally within the luxury industry)
• Degree, business school or VM academic background or equivalent
• Flagship store experience
