Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all departments as required including; typing, data entry, photocopies, distribution of correspondence etc.
- Booking meetings
- Daily coordination of mail and couriers (sorting/sending/receiving)
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
Greet all walk-in visitors, answer and transfer incoming calls, take messages and keep track of who is in/out of the office. - Ordering and maintaining office supplies
