Job Description:

The Consolidation Manager is responsible for managing the supply chain flow in terms of database, ordering and invoicing. The role holder is also responsible for aligning the database with all internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Coordination
  • Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
  • Ensure that the export logistics services providers upload accurate information and documents in the Export Transport System
  • Define and maintain the consolidation flows standard operating procedures
  • Ensure that goods are exported on time at the expected dates with the right quantities, good quality and in the most efficient way to meet country requests
  • Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures
  • Maintain the list of countries documentation requirements and ensure the documentation used is compliant to destination country regulations
  • Assist in monitoring allocated budget to ensure compliance and highlight possible issues
  • Build a sustainable relationship with suppliers and vendors in order to ensure best quality deliveries under competitive agreement terms
  • Provide accurate information to Merchandise Manager in the country and destination countries
  • Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
  • Coordinate sample delivery to new countries when necessary
  • Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
  • Provide inputs on cost reduction measures
  • Develop and maintain a database to record different barcodes for relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee the standardization process of barcodes and other database metrics
  • Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements
  • Provide inputs on the preparation of budget when necessary
  • Ensure alignment of procedures in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA)

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Retail Management / Logistics
  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • 2+ years in retail business
