Job Description:
To constantly enhance the existing processes through the creation of new Web/Mobile applications and providing comprehensive support / enhancements on existing third party applications like ticketing systems, online booking systems and MIS reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of custom web & kiosk applications and mobile app based on business requirements
- Coordinate and support to different vendors/development agencies
- Responsible for vista application rollouts for new sites, and for implementing new features vista releases
- Support third party applications, as and when required
- Test and monitor online booking engine to ensure maximum operational efficiency and provide weekly reports and statistics of Online booking
- Compare various reports from sites and head office modules to ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms
Job Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Web Service, WCF and Web API
- Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Exploring and troubleshooting skills for any application
- Excellent skills in SQL Server DB, SQL Query & Stored Procedures etc
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Graduate / Diploma / Technical Certifications
