Job Responsibilities:

• Works with the Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
• Create and maintains an effective reporting framework that communicates progress to the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Gets the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
• Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
• Ability to work with and lead a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous experience in start-ups or similar dynamic digital environment
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in scrum agile teams
• Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
