Job Description:

The Runner will be responsible for supporting the sales team in providing a seamless customer experience through improving the checkout process, reducing the invoice processing time, and packing products for customers. The VIP Runner will also support in maintaining the holding area for sold and reserved items within the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all external customers in a timely manner
• Responsible for packing customer goods as per the brand guidelines, removing security tags, and wrapping items appropriately.
• Responsible for maintaining an adequate stock level of packaging materials and cash till requirements at all times.
• Ensure all items are damage free with the original condition before handing them over to customers.
• Support internal teams as and when required through the sales process ensuring maximum benefit to the business.
• Keep the customer in mind through all interactions.
• Verify the quality, safety, and production standards with an efficient operation process.
• Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
• Maintain sold and reservation item hold area to ensure items are correctly labeled and accurately distributed to the correct customers at the pick-up point.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations, minimizing exposure to stock loss.
• Be aware of and monitor potential security risks, escalating issues or concerns where necessary.
• Maintain high standards of all packing work executed.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained at the highest level.
• Prepare, clear, and clean cash counters for daily transactions in line with daily checklists.
