Job Description:

  • To provide Mashreq Bank customers’ with Bancassurance propositions which exceed the customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and seamless service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Making accurate calculations and providing customers with correct quotations/charges.
  • Ensure Customer retention through active customer engagement to avoid claw backs.
  • Acquire, develop and strengthen Insurance acquisition through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals.
  • Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
  • Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
  • Consistently increase the penetration in the assigned channels by meeting KPA standards.
  • Achieve monthly Insurance FER & individual target in the financial year.
  • Take ownership of customer complaint on Insurance. Co-ordinate with respective teams and Insurance providers for appropriate resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Through knowledge of products, services policies and processes of Insurance products in Mashreq Bank.
  • Understanding of customer financials.
  • Sales profile that requires strong relationship and service mindset coupled with a strong personality and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Post graduate preferably an MBA degree with strong numeric skills and 1-2 years insurance sales experience.
