Job Description:
- To Provide L3 support in the respective support area and act on technical escalations
- To Ensure service stability, uptime of the systems under the portfolio as per the agreed SLA
- To Provide guidance and technical insights to the team for continuous improvements
Job Responsibilities:
- On-time Implementation support for new baselines and policies
- Compliance to Mashreq information security policies security baselines
- Systems Security and adherence to patching cadence
- Service uptime and better customer experience
- AIX, HP-UX and Linux performance tuning
Job Requirements:
- Strong Technical Skills in below solutions:
- Full Exposure in IBM AIX, HPE UX, and multiple flavours of Linux
- Upgrade Planning and cross platform migration
- Basic understanding of Database and J2EE platforms
Qualification & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in UNIX platforms support in a large-scale environment skills in architecting, implementing and providing post implementation support
