Job Description:

• To train new and existing clients onboarded under Mashreq Matrix – Corporate online banking platform.
• Correspondence banking operations – Signature Verification & Account Maintenance. Onboarding (Mashreq Matrix) and maintenance of FI & Corporate clients under various cash management products.

Job Responsibilities:

• New Customer Onboarding / Maintenance –CIBG (Mashreq Matrix) & FI Online.
• Signature Verification for correspondent banks payments / instructions.
• Receive customer documents in original and Scrutiny of documents.
• Set up / Authorize the customer profile in relevant banking system.
• Issue Electronic Signature Card to customers.
• Maintain Amendments for correspondent banks.

Job Requirements:

• Problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge of various cash management products including online banking products / processes.
• Knowledge of Nostro / Vostro accounts specifically – maintenance requests.
• Ability to think creatively and challenge existing systems and processes.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of 5 – 6 years in a reputed Bank in cash management / correspondent banking operations.
