Job Description:
To manage and monitor all operational processes and practices and provide guidance and support with regards to clinical services in such a manner that a strong referral base is build and sustainably growth and development is ensured
Job Responsibilities:
- To optimise the patient experience
- To ensure regulatory and legislative compliance
- To manage all financial processes and practices within the Clinic to ensure sustainable growth and development
- To implement and monitor business development initiatives
- To ensure efficient and effective management of clinic services and functions
- To effectively and efficiently manage the team
Job Requirements:
- Client service and related management principles
- Accounting and financial management principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Quality management and governance standards and best practice
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory/junior management role in a healthcare environment
- Previous healthcare management experience with an understanding of front and back office operations
- A relevant diploma in a healthcare related field
- Sound experience in customer service and managing patient complaints
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management is desired
