Job Description:
Apply casts to patients through a variety of clinical procedures, including educating others on casting care and removal
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient data is accurately recorded and maintained as per standard
- Participate in department quality improvement programmes
- Apply contour improvement plaster techniques as per professional and regulatory requirements
- Relevant stock and equipment is managed according to company standard
Job Requirements:
- Patient experience standards
- Stock management processes
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 2 years postgraduate experience as Cast Technician
- Cast Technician qualification from an accredited institution and licensed or eligible for licensure with the relevant healthcare regulator
