Job Description:

As Senior Leasing Manager, the successful candidate will be working directly with the Leasing team in applying the leasing policies and procedures according to tenant compatibility standard and rental grid approved by Top Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible pursuing all works related to pre-Leasing and post-leasing.
• Will be responsible for contacting prospective tenants and arranging for meetings to explain to them the policy and scope and the details of the project and our procedure of leasing.
• Report to the Leasing Director and Managing Director Malls as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Will have Interaction with other Leasing staff and tenants
• Having expertise to handle negotiations with the tenants
