As the Brand Manager, you will play an important part role in delighting target consumers through ensuring strong execution of brand plans. Job Responsibilities:
- Drives business growth in an accretive way across the region through the teams in the countries and relevant business partners
- Tracks and monitors sales performance and PFME investment of her/his brand.
- Contributes to the development of the ultimate brief, Big Idea and engagement strategies.
- Manages 60/40+ research and other research and packaging development.
- Contributes to the development of consumer portrait and category strategy.
- Special focus on enhancing the online experience across touchpoints.
- Update and implement the consumer-brand ecosystem.
- Contributes to the development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan.
- Works in partnership with communication agencies to ensure implementation of the plan.
- Leads on data analysis from different research and reports to provide insights for brand plan development.
- Ensures consumer centricity, contributes and executes innovation pipeline while maintaining vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands with the support of the different partner agencies
Job Requirements:
- Modern and Specialists channels as well as Ecommerce knowledge.
- Due to the nature of the Portioned category, entrepreneurial skills and “can do” attitude are required.
- Confidence in negotiating with internal and external parties.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or 3 years in another function ideally in equivalent FMCG.
- Experience working in cross functional teams.
