As the Brand Manager, you will play an important part role in improving the wellbeing of target consumers who are proactively managing their health. You will also be responsible for the development, execution and implementation of the 3 year brand strategy leveraging the best in class consumer insights to build effective communication and successful innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the OBI, Big Idea, Campaign Idea, engagement strategies, implementation and tracking effectiveness.
- Responsible for the delivery of a 3-year consumer and technically validated category innovation plan (risk adjusted)
- Responsible for defining the selection of the target market and develop an inspiring consumer portrait.
- Develops and updates consumer/Patient portrait, consumer engagement funnel/Patient Journey.
- Create strategies to win at the first and second moment of truth (product and packaging).
- Create effective brand strategies in collaboration with category to delight shoppers.
- Support the Nestle Health and Wellness strategy to deliver the tastiest and healthiest F&B experiences within the category.
- Support the implementation of a CSV category strategy Implement the strategy to deliver 60/40+.
- Accountable for brand performance for MENA.
- Activate the brand essence across the different touchpoints.
- Deliver cross functional alignment to aligned brand strategies and implementation plans.
- Implement growth strategies via a 3-year brand plan and yearly implementation plan (ICP).
- Develop or apply (locally aligned or global) brand essence, vision and manifesto.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and results oriented.
Qualification & Experience:
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
- Experience of working with cross functional teams.
- Experience working with OTC, Personal Health and Health and Wellbeing consumer categories.
