NMC Job Vacancy – Internal Audit Manager

Job Description:

Conduct various types of internal audits including Revenue Assurance, Procurement to Pay, HR, Finance, Quality Assurance, Compliance, etc. Solid knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and internal auditing principles is must. Should possess managerial courage to confront difficult issues with the appropriate response and, present issues and recommendations to individuals at various levels in the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, execution and reporting of variety of internal audits
• Conducting risk assessment and developing Risk and Controls Matrix.
• Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimisation
• Investigating instances of fraud and misconduct
• Writing and delivering internal audit reports independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong report writing skills, organizational and analytical skills, and project management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Hand on experience of using data analytics tools
• Must be a qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, MBA, and preferably hold other relevant certifications such as CIA and CFE
• Minimum 10 years of experience
