Job Description:
- To provide a professional technical guidance, with full responsibility and accountability, to ensure that the Quality Management System is well implemented within the offshore department.
- To ensure and monitor full compliance to QatarEnergy Standards, Shell Dep’s, and applicable International Codes throughout the performed projects, which shall be addressed in the relevant Project Quality Plans (PQP).
Job Requirements:
- Worked with an operating international or national oil company.
- Hands-on experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
- Effective communication and team building skills including presentation, report writing and management of meetings
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous – preferably E&I background.
- Membership and Certificate holder from a recognized professional engineering/project management association/institution will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years experience in engineering, project management and execution of oil & gas projects.
- Experience with Brownfield projects including extension, upgrade and demolition of existing offshore facilities.
- Experienced in engineering coordination with various discipline engineers during Concept optimization studies, FEED and EPIC.
- Experienced in the project’s Stage Gate process including ITT preparation, evaluation and coordination with different stakeholders.
