Job Description:

Responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of purchasing and supply processes from assigning of Purchasing Requisition to delivery and payment to supplier to ensure uninterrupted and timely supply of materials, equipment and related services to QP Oil and Gas Operations and Projects ( QP Affiliates, QP Joint Ventures and those undertaken by QP Management). Ensure visibility to shutdown material procurement through effective reporting. Ensure compliance to QP Regulations, State Laws and Policies and Procedures, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality and ethics in the procurement process. Carryout market trend analysis and implement risk management strategies.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience in supply chain / procurement in the energy sector. Membership of international supply chain institution is desirable. Knowledge of technical specifications, engineering standards, materials testing procedures (NDT), regulatory requirements and procurement management systems in the energy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a major engineering discipline
