Job Description:
Assist the supervisor on the timely review of the annual budget and 5 year business plan of Subsidiaries and Associates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in finalizing reports to Management on the performance of Subsidiaries, Associates and Other Investments including profitability, cost of production and return on investments.
- Assist the supervisor in the preparation of projected profitability and cash flows.
- Assist the supervisor in validating Dividend, Cash Calls and Cash Distributions and Assumptions for the purpose of mQP Stand Alone WP&B and Multiple Dollar Oil Price Scenario Cash Flow for MOEF.
- Responsible for Manual and Electronic Document Filing System of the Division.
Job Requirements:
- Works with confidentiality, integrity and ethics; follows policies and procedures of the Corporation; proactive, innovative, improvising and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Costing is preferable.
- Good interpersonal, communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English language (verbal and written skills) and computer systems with expertise in Microsoft applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and working knowledge in integrated database system like SAP is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, virtual and multi-cultural environments. Readily available to assimilate information and highly flexible in approach to adjust in changing environment.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance, or equivalent
- Over 3 years of experience in a reputed organization/ audit firm preferably with exposure to Oil and Gas Industry. Exposure to
- Reporting, Budgeting, Costing, Financial Analysis and/or Consolidation is preferred.
