Job Requirements:

• Possesses Extensive and demonstrable leadership, coordination, communication and management skills. Has experience managing and resourcing projects from a matrix organization and dealing with EPIC contractors.
• Demonstrable HSE leadership skills and experience.
• Skill / knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or QatarEnergy standards related to area of expertise.

Qualification & Experience:

• 15 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years proven experience as Engineering Manager in major projects and sites in the Oil & Gas industry.
