TAROT – The Accelerated Refinement Of Talent – Duroob is a fast track development programme, for GCC Nationals based in their country of origin, in which you will be trained over a period of 12 months with progressive growth opportunities. It will give you the chance to ‘create your own deck’ and choose from options that best suit your learning style. As a TAROT Management Trainee you will fulfil duties and responsibilities such as:
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned projects in due time
- Take full advantage of the mentoring, feedback, training and assignment opportunities provided
- Provide on a timely basis all the necessary reports
- Develop and expand upon a network of contacts within the property and the company
- Maintain effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor and Corporate Vice President
- Actively seek for learning opportunities and assignments, consistent with the Development Plan

Qualification & Experience:
- You should have a higher education degree with a strong passion for the hospitality.

- Computer literate will be highly regarded. Only UAE Nationals will be considered.
