Job Description:

As a Spa Attendant you are responsible to ensure the smooth and effective running of the spa by maintaining the complete spa area clean and hygienic, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare spa area for guests and prepare refreshments
• Manage all spa ‘back of house’ duties including the laundry of linens
• Welcome and offer refreshments to all spa guests
• Keep all spa areas clean and tidy at any times and deliver high standard of spa cleaning services
• Ensure spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations
• Coordinate with the spa team on the daily operation of the spa to ensure the smooth and effective running of the operation

Job Requirements:

• You should ideally have a diploma in hospitality or a vocational training within the hotel industry.
• Good command of English and good interpersonal abilities are essentials.
• The ideal candidate will be customer driven with excellent guest service skills and the ability to handle queries.
• You are a positive, smiley and humble individual with an approachable character.
• You will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player, who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike, while possessing following additional competencies:
