Job Description:

Assist the Head of the department in establishing medical polices, quality improvement procedures, evaluating current practicing current practices, policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform complete eye examination, control lens fittings and necessary.
• Assume quality of care for all patients.
• Adheres to the highest standards of practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times.
• Keep current with new techniques and philosophies related to all aspects of optometry field.
• Participate in quality assurance committee meeting provider meetings, and general staff meetings.
• Participate in the control and supervision of optometry practice and dispensary in conjunction with the Head of the department.

Job Requirements:

• Personal Requirement: Possess integrity, initiative, and evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality.
• Languages: English/Arabic
• Experience: At least two (2) years of experience.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in country of origin and with DHA License to practice in Dubai UAE.
