Job Description:
We are seeking for a Fire Sales Representative for our Building Products (BP) business who plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling BP products through solution partners. You will develop the fire partners and represent the complete portfolio with focus on fire safety.
Building Products (BP) is making smart buildings real. Its offering comprises of fire safety products, DDC-controllers, HVAC field devices and software and cloud-based solutions to manage buildings anywhere and anytime.
The Siemens environment is very dynamic, handling multiple opportunities across UAE. You will be responsible for sales of the assigned accounts and achieve the targets by closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You join a dynamic and diverse team and can count on the support of the entire team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationship with various consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of our existing partners.
- Collect data related to market transparency to enable prepare business growth plans and strategy.
- Analyze & develop new segment penetration.
- Responsible for business development by working with consultants, making presentations, guiding specs and providing design assistance based on standards and codes
- Work with Consultants to make presentations, specify products, submittal approval/comments etc
- Promotion activities specify products to create push and pull effect.
- Conduct customer events and partner event for individual emirates. Actively participating in various exhibitions such as Intersec etc…
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Fire detection System, Emergency voice Evacuations, Fire Suppression, Public addresses system etc.
- Awareness of relevant UL standards, NFPA and local civil defense requirements is highly preferred.
- Command on spoken and written English language is required.
- Good spoken and written Arabic language is preferred.
- Positive energy and self-motivated and a pleasing personality.
- The ability to motivate the partners to push/sell Siemen’s products to achieve targets.
- Working with Consultants for approvals and specifications
Qualification & Experience:
- University Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
- Around 4- 6 years of experience in sales and working very close with Contractors, Consultants and End Users in UAE.
