Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our dynamic Regional Performance Marketing team and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders within our central teams in Germany, regional teams in Dubai and multiple local markets across the MENA region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating, developing, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on driving app installs, re-marketing, and user acquisitions across various markets and multiple platforms; Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter.
- Have a strong understanding of display, mobile and video advertising and the programmatic advertising ecosystem in terms of working with DSPs, ad exchanges and networks.
- Supporting the Regional PM market clusters leads with executing the advertising strategies (targeting, optimisation, creative direction, etc.), innovation adoption (support with new products), ad-hoc troubleshooting, tracking, etc
- Establishing, owning and streamlining multiple work processes with the Regional PM team, local marketing teams, and other functions (brand & creative, quick commerce, new ventures).
- Understanding and analyzing the performance marketing campaigns, by channel and audience strategies and help drive effectiveness across the digital marketing landscape through actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communicating clearly with regional team key stakeholders around day-to-day business (budgets, targets, projects, and initiatives) as well as aligning with the local markets teams’
- Mentoring the ad operations team and working closely with the central performance marketing team in upskilling, training and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work against specific channel targets that the ad operations team will be measured upon.
- Understand and incorporate a collaborative approach with other teams regionally and centrally, on projects around bid optimizations, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation.
- Communicate regularly alongside the Central team with account teams from Google, Meta, Snapchat, Twitter, Tiktok as well as the DSPs used Remerge and Liftoff to ensure our marketing goals are met and stay updated about innovative products
Job Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the various performance marketing channels including but not limited to; display, paid social, app store optimization, app marketing and programmatic
- A full understanding and experience of the full marketing funnel, covering brand awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention as well remarketing.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the web and app technologies as well as social commerce, product feeds, SDK, pixels, mobile measurement and API integrations.
- Track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- You have a growth mindset – being analytical, comfortable with numbers and eager to test & learn;
- You’ll need to be flexible, performance-driven, able to work to tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done;
- You possess good prioritization and de-prioritization skills and are able to comply with deadlines and targets
- You can think outside the box introducing fresh ideas, you bring initiative combined with creativity and the proven ability to collaborate in a complex organization
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or business disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social, video & display in specific and performance marketing in general.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
