Job Description:

Sr. Analyst Pricing plays an essential role in the logistics team of the company. He/she will work to ensure Supply efficiency and service levels by analyzing supply and demand data, improving processes, solving analytical problems, and executing solutions. Improving automation and the effective implementation and use of Delivery hero technology and tools is key to improving efficiency in each market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining Supply and demand KPIs such as forecast accuracy, supply efficiency and cost metrics, service levels including delivery time along. Ensuring our service and cost are always on point.
• Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making, keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of Talabat operations to always provide the best solutions.
• Derive insights and present recommendations to top management
• Run Delivery fees variations tests to reach the optimal DF per zone and Derive Positive NTR.
• Continuously simulating Cost Per Order (CPO) and suggesting different scenarios for capitalization and cost savings.
• Solve analytical problems and execute solutions with different Cities across UAE, diving into complex data points to find the areas of development.
• Optimize the performance management process in the UAE; create SOPs, optimize internal processes, initiate improvements affecting the overall efficiency.
• Ensure the effective use and rollout of all Delivery hero technology, tools, and data models for supply and demand management. Providing data-driven decisions on the
• product roadmap to further enhance efficiency and speed.

Job Requirements:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven and results-oriented attitude is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to drive complex ideas and processes to diverse people across every market and team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides.
• SQL and Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Min 3 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred.
