Job Description:
This role will work with our Systems team to serve as a Workday SME and support the business with Workday queries to include resolving issues, recommending solutions, and driving system adoption across the organization. This individual will also support the project management of future module launches, system projects, and business customizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reacts quickly to organizational changes/restructures to ensure all changes are updated in all systems
- Produces systems related training materials and delivers training to a variety of levels (C-level, Systems SMEs, System users, etc.)
- Assists People Systems Manager in the review of existing system configuration for processes and workflows and implementation of new modules and functionalities
- Builds strong relationships and understanding across the business to deliver solutions for stakeholders and drive partnerships with our Central systems team
- Supports People Systems Manager on training initiatives and provides ad hoc training on Workday and other People systems functionalities
- Investigate issues and analyze data to understand repeated problems that Talabat faces and design action plans to solve them accordingly
- Supports the execution of stakeholder engagement strategy to optimize the implementation and success of the Workday
- Creates and updates the training guides and mapping the end-to-end process
- Designs and implements metrics to support continuous improvement, increase user adoption and achieve desired outcomes
- Supports the People Team and the talabat business throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, performance reviews and compensation, etc.
- Partners with key users to understand pain points and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies
- Supports testing of new systems releases and upgrades guiding stakeholders in the process (Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Rewards, etc) to achieve smooth implementations and full understanding from other functions
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively across a wide-variety of audiences, tailoring your message to convey complex information in a comprehensible way.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of People Function processes, data and cycles: Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Development, Talent and Performance
- Management, payroll, Benefits, Engagement initiatives, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or G-Suite
- Solution-oriented with the ability to handle multi-faceted responsibilities and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change supporting the business through the process
- Ability to proactively identify system issues and demonstrate curiosity to investigate and resolve
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 years experience of implementation and maintenance of a HCM system, preferred Workday and other HR applications
