Job Description:
You will be part of the Regional Talent Development team, leading our talent & leadership building strategy for senior leaders across 9 countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop external partnership with global business schools, coaching firms, leadership institutes to bring the latest and best in class learning & development experiences for talabat leaders.
- Drive global mobility in partnership with Delivery Hero team
- Design and implement a talent identification framework/process to spot our future Directors, MDs & C-Level leaders.
- Design & implement leadership development programs to fast track talent with high leadership potential
- Coaching talent on growth & career planning
- Drive succession planning for talabat management teams
Job Requirements:
- Stakeholder management and big-picture thinking
- Passionate about learning and developing others
- Expertise in leadership development in international companies
- Proficiency in facilitation and coaching skills
- Well-rounded understanding of the latest leadership research/trends
- Strong people management skills – able to lead managers and professional SMEs
Qualification & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management field
