Talabat Jobs in Dubai – Sr, Program Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Specialist to be part of the regional Q-commerce team. You will be a bridge between talabat & Delivery Hero’s product, business, and operational teams, focusing on the Operations & Supply Chain Management tools for tmart and GMP vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and coordinate the problems and feature requests from all departments and communicate them to the product managers
• Coordinate bug reports and product requests
• Project manage and support rollouts of the new features with business stakeholders and the product team
• Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and build a solid business case to support the feature development
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a point of contact to the central team for the Operations and Supply Chain
• Management products
• Be the link between the talabat (product team, operations, and other business stakeholders) and the Delivery Hero central Product & Technology team

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to work seamlessly with distributed cross-functional teams to achieve success
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Able to understand and communicate with product managers and engineers (exposure and understanding of basic technical concepts and working of product organization)
• High analytical and data processing capability.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in program management requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in an E Commerce/Foodtech/Grocery role is desirable
