Job Description:

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for Bike Merchandisers to be seconded to a Client of theirs in the UAE. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team and carry a true passion in customer service

Job Responsibilities:

• Builds & maintains strong customer relations to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business results and joint work.
• Follows the journey plan as assigned by the field manager to ensure sufficient outlet coverage based on business need and to achieve and maintain the desired in-store fundamental results.
• Ensures visibility, inviting appearance & cleanliness of our products to attract customers.
• Monitors continuously the stock level in the outlet and coordinates the replenishment with the salesperson to avoid out of stock.
• Executes the planograms and the agreed-on shelf, off-shelf displays, and checkouts concerning the company-customer agreement.
• Checks products’ expiry dates on monthly basis to ensure product freshness across the portfolio.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Willing to work from any Emirate
• UAE Motor Driving License
• Own a Bike
• Excellent communication skills
• Energetic and Vibrant personality
